7 1/4 inch narrow gauge braked riding truck

A commercially built 7 1/4 inch narrow gauge driving truck, featuring all steel construction and roller bearing axle boxes.

Fitted with a handbrake - lever operated when running, with an additional brake screw allowing the truck to be secured when parked.

There is a electric vacuum pump installed, along with 12 volt battery. The brake cylinder, reservoir and pipework fittings are by PNP Railways. There is a vacuum limiter fitted, although not currently connected.

In front of the seat, the original owner has fitted a wooden storage box with lid, along with a removeable metal coal bunker; there are safety safety chains fitted to the front drag beam.

Painted in lined out ultramarine blue, complete with a part-used can of touch-up paint.
