7 1/4 inch gauge "Singapore" 0-4-0ST

A 7 1/4 inch gauge 0-4-0ST to Martin Evans' "Singapore" design, based on a Hawthorne Leslie preserved at the "Rocks by Rail" museum just down the road from us here.

Work to date comprises a largely complete chassis with cylinders, motion work and valve gear, along with a silver soldered copper boiler - the builder generous with his silver solder, it will probably need hall-marking rather than pressure testing...

For those who can't bring to mind this rather pretty model - admittedly it's not one we see that often - we sold a complete one back in 2017, there are pictures in the archive here.
