Antique horizontal mill engine with regulator valve

An old horizontal mill engine, nicely made it runs beautifully on air - fitted with a heavy flywheel it will tick over slowly. The engine itself is on a metal base, itself mounted on a wooden base which is almost the original - the wooden baseboard beneath a recent addition. Nice oilers and a regulator valve with knurled knob.
