A Gauge 1 Aster Stirling 8 foot single, a kit built engine in as-new condition, from all appearances unsteamed from new.

Complete with its original - albeit somewhat tatty - box, and original factory supplied tools and accessories including screwdriver, hand pump handle, lamps, coal load and tender coal tray.

For many enthusiasts (ourselves included), Patrick Stirling's iconic design remains one of the most elegant locomotives ever built. No.1 is currently on display in our office, kept company by a 7 1/4 inch gauge example of No.5, conclusively proving that it's not possible to have too much of a good thing!
