32mm gauge Penrhyn Hunslet 0-4-0ST

A scratch-built 32mm gauge Penrhyn Hunslet, one of a class of three all of which survive in preservation - "Linda" and "Blanche" working at the Ffestiniog Railway, where they've been since the 1960s, "Charles" cosmetically restored and on display at the Penrhyn Castle Railway Museum.

Modelled in original Penrhyn Quarries form as an 0-4-0 saddle tank, the engine requires overhaul including attention to a variety of leaking fittings and investigation of steam supply to cylinders - free to turn over, it doesn't currently run on air.

Paintwork is to a pedestrian standard, the engine would be worth repainting while disassembled for overhaul.
