Large beam engine

A large scratch-built beam engine of freelance design, weighing close to half a hundredweight with an 11 inch diameter flywheel. It's a well made model, fit and finish of machined parts is to a high standard.

The engine turns over freely and runs, with some wear apparent. Stripped, repainted and mounted on a base of similar standard to the rest of the engine, it would make a most attractive model, rarely seen at this size.
