Markie Showmans engine

A Markie Showmans engine, supplied new in 1986 and complete with original manufacturer's certificate of manufacture and boiler test conducted at that time.

Currently set up for gas-firing, there is also a coal grate and ashpan included. Boiler looks to have been steamed rarely, there is little discolouration of the copper at either firebox or smokebox end.

The engine is in excellent condition throughout - we suspect it's spent most of the last thirty years on display.
