A Maxwell Hemmens "Max II" steam plant, in good condition having apparently had little use from new.

The plant comprises a vertical twin engine with lever operated throttle and reverser, marine type flywheel and displacement lubricator, together with a horizontal gas-fired boiler, missing its gauge glass and burner but otherwise complete.
