Maxwell Hemmens steam roller

A Maxwell Hemmens 1 inch scale coal fired steam roller, an engine we sold back in 2017 when it came to us new and unsteamed from the original owner.

It has recently arrived back with us, apparently still unsteamed given the condition of the grate and bright copper showing in the firebox; the paintwork remains in good condition.

Hemmens produced a high quality range of locomotives, traction engines and stationary engines in the 1980s, we've sold a dozen or so over the years.
