A commercially produced "Type 1" agricultural engine by D.R.Mercer, in excellent, unsteamed condition complete with original burner, manufacturer's documentation and accessories.
The engine runs very well on air in either direction - we had it happily trundling around the workshop with airline attached; on the bench it ticks over nicely down to low speed.
