Pair of machined 5 inch gauge slide valve cylinders

A pair of machined cylinders, complete with valve chests and end covers, unused from new.

Machined from a set of cored castings, with ports and steam passages cast in, by an experienced builder (responsible for, amongst many other engines, the 7 1/4 inch gauge A4 we currently have in stock) - he has fitted detachable plates to the port faces, recessed beneath the valve chests.
