An early stage Stanier 2-6-4T to Martin Evans' "Jubilee" design, comprising rolling chassis fitted with coupling rods and twin axle pumps, a set of part-machined gunmetal cylinders and a silver-soldered copper boiler, made to a good standard and complete with initial twice working pressure hydraulic test certificate from the builder's club.
