Part-built 5 inch gauge "Jinty" 0-6-0T

An early stage 5 inch gauge LMS "Jinty" 0-6-0. Work to date comprises a rolling chassis complete with gunmetal cylinders and valve gear fitted, with pole reverser; laser cut brass it for superstructure including tanks and cab; a quantity of unmachined castings including smokebox door and ring, grate, saddle, outer dome and various smaller parts; welded stainless steel superheater elements; copper boiler and copies of the original construction series from "Model Engineer".
