7 1/4 inch narrow gauge vacuum braked tender

A well-designed and built 7 1/4 inch narrow gauge sit in tender, in course of construction for a large tank locomotive when a change of plans rendered it surplus to requirements.

Substantially constructed with laser cut steel chassis, CNC-machined steel wheels running on takeup bearing, all steel bodywork and a large plastic water tank.

Fitted with spring buffers, vacuum braked using PNP Railways cylinder and brake shoes, with reservoir mounted on the chassis. The tender is fitted with a digital speedometer sensor, the speedometer itself is new and requires mounting.

Largely complete, the tender requires minor finishing work and painting.
