Part-built Reeves "Commander" vertical twin

Reeves' largest stationary engine offering, this is a part-built “Commander” launch engine, designed by David Piddington. Work to date is to a good standard – the bottom end with crankshaft, soleplate, bearing caps and bearings is complete and turns freely. The cylinder block has been machined and fitted with top covers. The remainder of the castings are largely unmachined.
