Part-built Stuart Victoria

From the same builder as the No.9, this is a 90% complete Stuart Victoria. It requires the flywheel and outrigger bearing pedestal machining (both castings included) and an eccentric rod making. The work to date is neatly done with wood-lagged cylinder and good paintwork.
