R&B gas engine

This one has come to us direct from the builder as part of a large collection of full size and miniature steam engines, stationary and internal combustion engines, and associated equipment.

Completed three years ago, it had been started as a lockdown project during the pandemic - a "quick build" for a highly capable engineer with several other engines to his credit, including 3 inch scale models of a Fowler A7 agricultural engine, Marshall S-type steam roller and McLaren road locomotive.

The engine has seen little use from new, with negligible wear and excellent compression. Fitted with a contact breaker, it will require a coil, battery and starting handle to run.

Complete with a purpose built water tank on a nicely made stand, with hoses and fittings.
