Sanderson beam engine

A Sanderson 1 inch scale beam engine, a particularly well made engine in excellent condition. It turns over freely, and runs on air steadily down to 30rpm - one of the best-running examples of this elegant design that we've seen.

There is a slight leak from the top cylinder cover joint, the governor is decorative, lacking a linkage to the steam valve.
