A scratch built steam plant, possibly using some commercially-made parts, comprising spirit-fired boiler with twin cylinder oscillating engine.

I like the recycled tobacco tin used as a meths burner - I remember using my father's St.Bruno tins for all sorts of projects when I was a boy. They used to come with a paper wrapper inside, he folded up little boats from them for me which we floated on the pond in a local park.
