Scratch-built vertical engine

A nicely proportioned vertical engine, of freelance design and fabricated construction, with marine type flywheel and balanced crankshaft.

Finely built, fit and finish is good throughout, the engine runs well on air. We liked the base, elegantly scalloped out to accommodate the flywheel.
