Single cylinder workshop engine with dynamo

We're rather taken with this one - a freelance single cylinder piston valve engine of wholly fabricated construction, complete with dynamo.

Of massive proportions - it looks like an early open crank diesel engine - the engine runs very well on air with square, well-defined exhaust beats.

The dynamo currently drives two LEDs - which can't draw 50mA the pair - although gives the appearance of being able to produce more by way of volts and amps than currently (sorry) being asked of it.

We like the mechanical lubricator, stamped up "STEAM OIL ONLY", for the avoidance of any doubt!
