Piston valve Sissons vertical engine, high speed enclosed crank design with pressure feed lubrication. One of the smaller examples of these high speed engines - this one stands four feet tall, has a 19 inch diameter flywheel and would be ideal for small scale generating - I'd estimate it at about 5 or 6 horsepower.
Whilst external cosmetic condition is grotty, it hasn't been abused, has its original fittings, no broken castings and, inside, is in good mechanical order. It turns over very freely and could be run as-is, or restored to something quite splendid.
No problem loading this into a van or trailer if you want to collect, alternatively we can get it to most parts of the country on a pallet for £70.
