Steam plant with triple expansion engine and vertical boiler

A well-built steam plant comprising large vertical coal-fired boiler with a nicely-made triple expansion engine to the O.B.Bolton design, serialised in "Model Engineer" magazine by John Bertinat.

The work of an experienced model engineer, the man responsible for the 3 1/2 and 5 inch gauge Britannias we've listed recently, along with a beautifully made LMS Jubilee, well-advanced when he finished work on it.

Stored unused for many years, the engine is dry and stiff to turn over - it will need some dismantling, cleaning and oiling to recommission for running.
