Stuart No.9 mill engine

A well made Stuart No.9 mill engine which has fallen on hard times - it's covered in surface rust, however still turns over freely and runs on air. A worthwhile project - stripping and repainting would produce a handsome example of what, for me, is one of the best looking Stuart engines.
