Twin cylinder mill engine for restoration

A finely made twin cylinder mill engine, a large model which has at some stage been dismantled and apparently mounted on a different base to the one it started life on - I can't imagine anybody who put the amount of good quality machining and fine detailing work making the rest of the engine and governors would have slapped the lot down on a bit of scrap aluminium plate.

There's the makings of a fine engine here, it really need restoration and putting onto a large base representing something more prototypical.
