Vulcan beam engine

A beam engine to Edgar Westbury's "Vulcan" design. Turns over freely, fit of the parallel motion is good. Whilst it could be got going by simply setting and tightening the valve rocker arms onto their shaft, the engine would be a good candidate for stripping, fettling and painting to produce a decent example of this rather elegant engine.
